Terms and Conditions

Under the laws of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store is required to outline terms of delivery, return policies, and the right of withdrawal. This agreement is referred to as a Distance Contract (in accordance with Cabinet Regulations).

Distance Contract

The seller of the goods offered on this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, agree to the following terms:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer according to the Buyer’s order.

Delivery and Payment Terms

The Buyer places an order through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures the delivery of goods within 20 days of receiving payment, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. A withdrawal form will be sent to the Buyer via email upon request.

The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All costs related to returning the goods to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• The goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, are perishable, or are quickly consumable.

• The goods were manufactured specifically for the Buyer as a custom order.

• The packaging of audio, video recordings, or computer software has been opened.

According to Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.”

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s withdrawal request or deduct compensation if the goods have been damaged, mishandled, or used contrary to the instructions, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged.

Data Processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read and agree that their data will be used to process the order and deliver the goods in compliance with Latvian law. By providing this information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of their order at the email address provided.
